Stepping Stone, Inc. , founded in 1977, is a licensed, non-profit, Level I residential facility serving boys age 12 - 17. We are located on a small peach and apple tree grove just outside of Fairmont, WV. Our mission is to provide our boys with the opportunity to develop a better self image through building positive social behaviors as well as learning various life skills necessary to cope in today’s society.
